Association of P53 expression with clinicopathological gradings of oral squamous cell carcinoma patients in Hyderabad Sindh.

Objective: To evaluate the frequency and association of p53 gene with increase histopathology categorizing “oral squamous cell carcinoma” patients. Study Design: Comparison Cross-sectional Research. Setting: Isra Dental College Hyderabad. Period: 1 November 2021 to 31 October 2022. Material & Methods: Sixty patients identified oral carcinomas were chosen by consecutive sampling from reporting at Oral surgery department dental college, Poly-L-lysine solutions was used over all formalin-fixed, paraffin embedded segments, prepared for immunostaining. Primary antibody counter stain hematoxylin dehydrated through graded alcohol dilutions. Sections mount Dpx results interpreted. Results: instances cells carcinoma divided into histological grading well differentiated OSCC, moderately poor OSCC based on their characteristics. Fifty-two (87%) participants in this study male, while just eight (13%) females. Association found insignificant age. Gender other clinical factors prevalence countenance carcinoma.
